Pathway Counselling is a vital part of PATH, the county's leading homelessness charity. We provide free mental health counselling and support in Pembrokeshire as part of PATH’s wrap-around service.

PATH - Pembrokeshire Action for the Homeless, is a homelessness charity who have been developing services for over 40 years to help those at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. PATH deals with issues regarding housing, welfare benefits, rough sleeping and more.

As counsellors, we recognise that homelessness can be rooted in various underlying issues. Stress, depression, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, family breakdown, PTSD, among others, are factors that can create an environment where homelessness becomes a tangible threat. That's why our commitment is to support people throughout Pembrokeshire in cultivating confidence, resilience, and a personal mental health toolkit.

Our goal is to empower you to build the independence to care for your mind and shape the life you want to lead.
