At Pathway Counselling, we are aware of the troubling mental health crisis unfolding in Pembrokeshire. With a suicide rate surpassing the Welsh average, Pembrokeshire is struggling.
It is clear that mental health issues are increasing in Pembrokeshire. Financial stress from the cost of living crisis, limited access to free or affordable mental health support, and the rural nature of the county are all contributing factors.
We at Pathway Counselling are committed to addressing this urgent need, and the issues that people are facing when it comes to accessing help. By offering free counselling services, we remove the financial barriers that often prevent individuals from seeking help. Our flexible approach includes in-person, phone, and video sessions, ensuring that mental health support is accessible to everyone, no matter their circumstances.

Our free drop-in sessions offer a safety net for those who need immediate help. Open every Monday and Thursday from 12:00PM to 3:00PM, people can get immediate access to a conversation with a counsellor.
Additionally, we understand the demands on people’s time, so we have also extended our services to include evening sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 8 PM. This adjustment helps those with busy schedules access the support they need. Additionally, our free workshops provide essential mental health education and support.
