It combines accessible psychoeducation with practical somatic and body-awareness exercises to help participants recognise trauma-related patterns of activation, reconnect with the present and develop personal strategies for grounding, stabilisation and emotional regulation.
TTK was well attended last year, reflecting strong interest from clients who recognised that body-based support could be a valuable part of their wider therapeutic journey. The course is intended to complement individual counselling and does not replace clinical assessment, therapy or other professional care.
