Our free service is delivered by student counsellors who have completed 3 years of theoretical training and hold Fitness to Practice certification.

To be considered suitable for our free service, you must be in agreement with the following statements:

  • I do not have a complex mental health diagnosis.
  • I have not self-harmed or experienced suicidal ideation within the last 6 months.
  • I have never made an attempt to end my own life.
  • I am not involved in legal proceeding where I may be required to give evidence.
