“Originally from Cardiff I have lived in Llandeilo since 2006. I was a teacher for 37 years and am now a qualified Adlerian Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have a BA Hons in History, and a PGCE. I`m a qualified Mental Health and Trauma – Informed (Schools) Practitioner and hold a diploma(L3) in “Working in Sexual Violence Settings”. My wider role with Pathways Counselling/PCS includes the preparation and delivery of in-house training.”

This has lead me to study Adlerian counselling, with one step left to qualify. I’m constantly expanding my training completing emotional mastery, and anxiety & panic program with Shauna Quigley, also trauma training through Carolyn Spring."

I’ve recently completed an Introduction to Adlerian Course and will soon start the joint diploma and certificate qualification in Counselling. Born in Pembrokeshire, I enjoy exploring the countryside with my Cypriot Min Pin dogs!"
