Let's talk workshops.
Break free from limiting labels and explore creativity with sessions like "I am good enough" and "Art Matters." We delve into the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, offering practical tools for positive change. From healing through movement to anxiety awareness, our diverse workshops provide a safe space for personal growth. No prior experience is needed – just bring an open mind. Join us on a journey of self-discovery, where each session fosters empowerment, creativity, and wellbeing.
You can choose between a morning or afternoon session for each workshop:
Morning sessions take place between 10am and 12pm (10am - 1pm for art workshops)
Afternoon sessions take place between 1pm - 3pm (2pm - 5pm for art workshops)
Creative Writing
Join us for a relaxed and inclusive session, using words to express yourself in different ways.
Creative writing can help us relax and express ourselves in
surprising and often magical ways. We are all naturally
creative and expressive, therefore no previous experience is
necessary for this workshop. Just bring your imagination with
you and let it roam free.
Think. Feel. Do.
Our thoughts are incredibly powerful and exert great influence over us – positively, and negatively. They lead us to draw conclusions about ourselves that we then look for evidence to support. Together, our thoughts and the feelings they generate help shape our behaviour.
In these sessions we'll be looking at how, by challenging our negative thoughts, we can change how we feel, and in turn, how we behave.
It's okay to feel angry.
It's Okay to Feel Angry – despite what we may have been told when young.
Many of us try hard to push down our anger (and other uncomfortable feelings) and this can be harmful to us. In these sessions we`ll learn more about our emotions – anger in particular. We`ll explore our triggers; our early-warning physical signs; our anger “style”, and how we can manage and express our anger safely.
Healing with Movement
Dive into a journey of self-discovery as we encourage you to explore your emotions in our workshop titled "Healing with Movement."
Explore how you feel – and how you can change how you feel. Do as much or as little as you feel able.
Wear loose clothes.
Anxiety Awareness
We will start by understanding what anxiety is and unraveling the intricate layers of its development.
In these sessions we'll look at what anxiety is and how it develops; its physical impact; how it can affect our everyday life. We will also explore some strategies for managing it and limiting its influence.
Mindfulness and Relaxation
“Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is mystery. Today is a gift; that`s why it`s called the present” (Eleanor Roosevelt.)
We spend a lot of time in our heads, and much of it either dwelling on the past, or worrying about the future. Join us to learn how to stay more present in the “now”.

It's not just what we say.
It's not just what we say… in this workshop we will explore what helps, and what hinders us in being able to get our message across effectively in a range of situations. We`ll have some fun along the way as we discover (amongst other things) how our body language is often giving a very different message than the words coming out of our mouth.

What people are saying
"I have learned that self care can sometimes mean discipline, and knowing when enough is enough. As I move forward I want to start actively setting boundaries and be mindful of how I'm feeling."
"The most useful aspect of the session was understanding what I could do to help myself and others. I intend to try to make an effort to understand people a bit better."
